Fixed user interface text for translating [#944680]

It's impossible to translate the string "Show the comment link in the form used on standard node teasers, rather than the full node form.". It seems that it doesn't use t() function

Looks fine. This is not really i18n, it's just translation in general.Anyway. I don't think that this is a major bug. But this does not matter here :)
