Noticing that you have to check "administer site configuration" in Permissions in order to gain access to Store Admin > Configuration > Gift Certificates??? (/admin/store/settings/gift_certificates).

This is very bad!! I do not want have to enable access to the main site configuration area in order for my clients to just be able to configure Gift Certificates. Checking "administer gift certificates" permission should give access to both:

/admin/store/gift_certificates
/admin/store/settings/gift_certificates

But it only gives access to the first one. You have to enable main site configuration to get to the second one. Please fix this.
