tabs for primary links as well as the behind black bar, all together to display primary links menu, is not working properly.->there is some overlaping/floating issues.
secondly, when hovering primary link with sub primary links, the black menu bar squizes a bit...
all this doesn't append with firefox and drupal seven version with IE.
