add a progress bar

first, thanks for this module :-)

When somebody enters a coupon code the 'totals and taxes pane' recalculates. This took some time. But there is no indicator that shows the user, that somewhat happens. I think a progressbar - like this one at page loading - is absolutly neccessary. Or did i miss something?
