Something has stuck the Token version at 6.x-1.13 in my Available updates. Is there another way to fix that other than removing all the dependent modules then uninstall/reinstall Token completely? I've gone through a couple of updates hoping it would go away, but it didn't.

It probably means you have a 6.x-1.13 version of token installed somewhere. Look in all possible places: /modules, /profiles/yourprofile/modules, /sites/all/modules, /sites/default/modules, /sites/yoursite.com/modules.

You can also find where this version of token module exists by running the following sql:
SELECT filename FROM system WHERE type = 'module' AND name = 'token';

Thanks, the SQL did it. I found it in the taxonomy_manager module. It's working fine now.

This caused another problem though. I opened a new issue.
