The top margin of 2em on the .form-submit class causes the submit button to look silly in a number of places, namely on the search page and on the delete confirmation page. It either needs to be overidden for these places like the other classes below, or removed entirely. I assume it was put there to add some space between the fieldsets and the submit buttons.
