I installed the theme and on the theme configuration page, I get the WSOD

/admin/build/themes/settings/opengrid_academica

Also received this error message after installing:

Is Opengrid Theme installed in your sites/all/themes folder?, remember that Academica is a subtheme of Opengrid and is not going to work without it. The file that is missing(theme-settings.php) is located in the opengrid theme, so my guess is that the theme can't be found, please check if that is your case.

successfully installed the theme but unfortunately no sidebars are showing up! but I love this theme. please help!!

Which version of the Openg theme are you using?, Academica only works with 6.1 version of Openg.
