ctools integration [#917006]

Hi,

this is nice little module. Is it maintained?

It could benefit from adding few little features and integration with ctools. In administration of custom links it could use Exportables so that links could be exported, default links could be made etc. and also custom link content type could be made, so user could create link mini panels and place them in node panels.

Anyone else? Ideas? Should I start doing something?

I will start by providing ctools content type plugin for custom links. It will allow creation of custom links panes with links user chooses to display in pane. Its excellent for node display with panels and super cool for OG node displays with panels, since you can create and customize links for adding posts to groups.

Attached are 2 patches. I still cannot figure out how to make proper and beautiful patches, still learning, first one is for custom_links module, other adds plugin. Also I am attaching screen shots of functionality.
