When I trying import information from team Acquia Prosper there is no anithyng parameters on admin pages, and there is messages:

* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/home/sinja/html/drupal/sites/all/modules/skinr/skinr_ui.admin.inc on line 746.
* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/home/sinja/html/drupal/sites/all/modules/skinr/skinr_ui.admin.inc on line 777.

What does "import information" mean? We need more detail about what you are doing and probably the code you are using to try and reproduce/test this problem. I suspect it's probably a syntax error with whatever you are importing though.

D6 reached its EOL back in February 2016, and there is no active release for D6 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D6. All D6-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
