I'm a fairly low-level drupal user as far as coding goes, but I'm very comfortable with installing modules, etc.

I'm trying to use the jQuery Lightbox module (the regular Lightbox2 module does the same thing explained below), and when I go into an image gallery I created and click on an image, the original size image pops up with a white border behind the preview size image. Can anyone please help?? Here is a screenshot of what is happening:
