BG tag not working [#905972]

I'm another one with this type of problem. I've looked through related issues but not found anything that solves the problem for me. i.e. that no photos show up in a node where I have embedded bg tags.

I have a fresh install of Drupal 6.19, with BG 6x.-3.6. CCK and FCKEditor installed I have set the input formats to recognise bg tags.

Directory structure looks like this:

/sites/default/files/gallery/plants

So, in the BG config I've set "path to the main gallery folder as "gallery"

and my tag looks like this:

[bg| location = plants| thumbcolumns = 12| thumbwidth = 30| thumbmaxshow= 10]

Nothing shows up, just white space, when I view the node.

One thing that occurred to me is that Drupal insists on inserting

tags around teh bg tag (even though I have Line break converter switched off. But surely this can't be the problem?

I'd be grateful for any assistance. I may be missing something obvious.

That should have read "Drupal insists on inserting html paragraph tags around the bg tag"

I have just found that the problem does seem to lie with 3.6. Version 3.5 works fine. I have not been able to fix 3.6 by moving the "drupalize" function in image.php as others have done.
