Now that I've succeeded in creating the action, I'm getting a white screen after posting a comment (which is what I assigned the notifo action to). The comment is still posted, but no notification is sent.

I can not reproduce this, do you have any error logs for further info? Do you have any other actions set for the posting comment trigger?
