When I create a page I cannot edit the content on it because it displays a blank page. What could be the problem?

I'm facing the same situation. I changed the .htaccess configuration file to allow url rewrite and now I missed the images of the site and when I try to edit content I get a blank page.

Ok, It was a problem related to the current theme. There is also some error reporting but needs server configuration. My solution was: update the Drupal installation. The update process should clean some database tables and other settings, then the problem was solved.
