I loved the way the Admin 1.x had edit links. That module was too ambitions and they dropped this and many other features in Admin 2.x.

Can this style be added to Block Edit?

I stripped down Admin 1.x to isolate this feature. I renamed the module to Admin Links (not realizing that namespace is already taken).

I think I'm going to rename it Contextual to match Drupal7.

It is attached if anyone wants to use it.
