Name in util.info

hi,

I often found that the naming of modules is confusing:
eg. util.info:

Enables Menu parent for the util modules

on the page http://drupal.org/project/util the name of the Modul (collection) is:

Utility

so this should be always the name in texts shown to the user / admin of a site.

Do you agree?
