how to show the translation overview page with a different theme

Hi, can anyone give a tip on how to display translation overview page in a theme different than the default, for exampel bluemarine? The page can get very wide because I have many languages. I know already about the switch theme selector and the possibility to use a different theme for all admin pages, but I am looking for a way to show only this particular page in a different theme, and by default.
