For Image_Pub 4.7.0, Line 342: extrafield.Description should be extrafield_Description

    case 'add-item':
      _image_pub_gr_add_image($_POST['set_albumName'],
			      $_POST['caption'],
			      $_POST['extrafield_Description']);
      break;

This allows, for example, captions in iPhoto to appear below the photos after being published to the Drupal site using this module.
