I made a small patch that adds support for the Yandex verification tag

The Yandex search engine is one of biggest SE outside of USA and West Europe so I think it should be supported

Please review. The patch was made using WinMerge tool.

The patch doesn't use the correct format; when creating a patch, you should use the options -up.

As I realized the problem is that the file contains two different patches, right?

Here is a new version, two separated files, please try

If the problem persists, I'll try another software to create the path.

This will not be re-rolled as we will be removing support for all of the site verification tags. Instead, please use the Site Verify module, which already supports Yandex.
