It would be useful if nodes in which taxonomy terms are not found, could be optionally:

  • Unpublished
  • Deleted
  • Assigned a specified taxonomy term

Seems as though you could just setup a view with a filter based on not containing any tags and then use views bulk operations to unpublish or whatever else you want to do.
