send 6.x-1.0-alpha4

A functionally complete version of Send. Includes extensible "Send profiles", which allow you to configure settings such as linktext, message, etc. on a per-content type or per-node basis.

The Send API has always been intended for use as a composition system for a variety of other modules (e.g. Guest pass, Watch and News), but has been generally regarded as simply "send to friend" module. In this release, the "Send to friend" functionality has been moved to a separate submodule for clarity and simplification.

This release also includes a complete and (hopefully functional!) upgrade path from 5.x. PLEASE BACK UP YOUR DATABASE!

I don't expect to make any major structural changes beyond this point, so the next releases will likely have rc/release status.
