Node listed multiple times

Have a CCK type with a multiple select field. I am using a view to list out the nodes. The view has a filter on the multiple select field. If a node has multiple values on that field, the node will be listed multiple times. I was hoping the Node.Distinct filter can fix this, but I guess it only work for taxonomy terms.
