I'm using panels everywhere but "Override the page template" is non activated because i want to have full control of it. After updating to 6.x-1.1 when i try to edit site template panel i got a blank page. Activating "Override the page template" everything works again. I'm using a ninesixty subtheme to control the layout

When you get the blank page, does an error appear in the php/apache/watchdog log?

Oh, yeah, I can reproduce this. Looks like I didn't test PE changes without the page tpl override. Sigh. Working on a fix.

the same problem here but on drupal 7.31 version
the panel context is a blank page i m trying to use:
panels
panels everywhere
panelizer
but clicking on the context of the panels pane it gives a blank page
the same for the mini_panels
but just clicking inserting the link add/layout it gives me to choose the layout but without context
