I use node clone for my multi-language web site. Howeaver It's really frustrating that when i clone a node with an attached file on it the cloned node doesn't have it at all :/ feature request or I'm dummy?

you're not a dummy, but as far as i can tell, the Drupal file system does not allow you to share attachements between nodes. You can, however hand-code a link in the node body to the file.
