Maintenance Page is broken [#846126]

Somethings wrong with the maintenance page. The logo, site title and slogan are sitting in the top right corner:

~~Furthermore the site title takes on the link color instead of staying black.~~ This was a silly user stylesheed I dit not turn off :P

The branding-wrapper div was missing from maintenance-page.tpl.php.

Patch attached. With this applied it looks consistent with the rest of the site: http://screencast.com/t/MjRmMzQ1Mj
