Subscription Integration?

Is there a way to somehow integrate diff with the subscription module? Or any way to get emails sent to subscribers with just the new text that was added to a node?

Subscriptions is great, but if there was a way to integrate the diff module with it so that it only showed the new relevant pieces of a node, wow - that would be incredible. :)
