Release notes
It's been roughly a week since the rc2 and nothing major has popped up. So, it's time for the official release. Below are the changes since 6.x-1.2.
The new features:
- #560038: Support for static page caching (Boost, Varnish, ...). This brings support for the Drupal's built-in aggressive caching, as well as static caching by 3rd party modules and tools, such as Boost and Varnish. See /admin/settings/radioactivity/node_radioactivity for further info.
- #451024: Provide Fivestar specific integration for Radioactivity module
- #688556: Add energy on node creation
The bug fixes:
- #364965: Node Radioactivity fatal error on cached pages when using i18n. Node Radioactivity fatal error on cached pages when using i18n. This is a fix for long-withstanding incompatibility with i18n in certain cases.
- #651060: Incompatibility with PHP 5.3
- #403426: Undefined index: subclasses
- #688566: Coding standards cleanup for Radioactivity
The only difference between 6.x-1.3-rc2 and the official 6.x-1.3 is a small fix for AJAX callbacks and Pressflow compatibility.
Thanks goes to greggles, Max_Schreck, the folks at Dynamite Heads, and of course Mearra for sponsoring my work!
Enjoy!
