I need someone to design a completely custom and unique skin for a Drupal 4.7 installation. Prices are negotiable. I currently have NO ideas for a deisgn, so I need someone that can also help me come up with that. (This status may change as I am managing the creation of a website for a client and he may decide he wants it to look like X or Y. If this is the case then I understand prices can change, but once I commit to a design, I will stay that course, there will be no changing half way through.)

Hi there,
Giving a base idea of what kind of site it is going to be also helps a lot. I mean the category of the site : corporate, intranet, general portal, kids ... ?
