Release notes

New features:

- mysql 5.3 compatible

- term visibility checkbox. Controls whether taxonomy terms are visible, even if nodes tagged with that term are not.

- tac_lite_create.module. Uses hook_form_alter to remove terms when creating and editing nodes. Contributed by markDrupal.
