CKEditor doesn't appear when using this theme. Attached a screenshot of what I see...just a plain old textarea where CKEditor appears when using other themes.

To reproduce:

- Install CKEditor module and library
- Visit node/add/page using Garland to see that CKEditor appears
- Enable this theme
- Visit node/add/page and note that CKEditor isn't there
