I'm finding that [img] tags are successfully being converted to html, but when sizing is added - [img height=200 width=200] - it not being converted, it's just passed through like regular text.

I have filters in this order:

URL Filter
Line break converter
BBCode
html correct
WYSIWYG filter

Any idea why those image tags aren't converting?

That code is incorrect.
Use [img=600x500]http://example.com/image.jpg[/img]

In short:
Use: [img=600x500]
Don't use: [img height=600 width=500]

Just take a look at the filter tips on your site "/filter/tips"

Indeed, it's not correct. I moved a few thousand posts from a Simple Machines Forum setup, and I guess the editor in there was using the bad syntax. I made a new filter to fix it though, one that changes all the height=300 width=300 to =300x300. Thanks
