In "the old days", the alias code was a bit more convoluted, and it was important that the 'root' and 'uri' options from any given alias be placed in the 'options' context so that the site would be selected correctly in backend invoke et. al.; now, however, things have been straightened up a bit, and it's actually pretty easy to keep 'root' and 'uri' in the alias context where they belong. This patch does exactly that.
