Basic support for tokens.

Working on a patch that supplies user role expiration tokens.

Specs:

  • The token [role-expiration-ROLE] will yield the user's expiration date for the role ROLE
  • The will be defined as type 'user', so it will be available in the same contexts as other user-centric tokens.

Feedback is welcome.

Please read and review #827594: Possible to send email to site admin when user roles expire? as the provided patch adds tokens too.
Maybe yours could be merged with it.
