This patch add progressive loading support to Flexpaper pdf viewer. It's recent versions have new option ProgressiveLoading which is managed by this patch.

I suggest to add this feature before releasing the third version. Moreover, there's a reason to add three boolean parameters for FlexPaper: PrintToolsVisible, FullScreenVisible, SearchToolsVisible. Setting them to false makes these buttons invisible, so the width of FlexPaper window can be reduced (it's too wide in default configuration for some sites).
