VBO Support [#810816]

Hi all, as per the discussions in this post: http://drupal.org/node/792574#comment-3019022

We were talking about VBO support for the Job Search Module. I think this could be beneficial in the following ways:

1. Sending emails during application processes between Recruiter / Job seekers. Currently, if a Recruiter cancels a Job Seekers application, there is no indication given to the Job Seeker as to where their application has gone from their Jobs Applied For view and vice versa.

2. Allow for more feature rich Jobs Applied For / Job Applications Receieved views by being able to use batch operations. For example, it could be very time consuming for a Recruiter to individually cancel applications if they are recieving 100's per day. Batch operations will save a lot of time.

These are the benefits things that spring to mind. What are other potential pros and cons?
