Problems with form validations

Tried install/uninstall the module several times but all the same:

The message appears upon installation:

* The color of the path must be given as a hexadecimal RGB value without a hashmark.
* The quality of the circle must be an integer between 5 and 360.

* An error has occurred adding the content type node_gallery_gallery.
Please check the errors displayed for more details.
* Node type "node_gallery_gallery" created/modified.
* Node type "node_gallery_image" created/modified.
* The configuration options have been saved.

These tables displayed on phpmyadmin screen:

node_gallery_galleries
node_gallery_images
node_gallery_relationships

but

node_gallery_galleries and node_gallery_images are empty.

On node/add page dont see any "gallery" or "image" links. Also, nothing on admin/content/types page.
