The settings page located at /admin/settings/audio/metadata lists a bunch of checkboxes and other form elements, but no labels, descriptions, or other contextual content is displayed in HTML. The page is nonsensical in this form. See attached graphic.

yeah, i'd renamed a settings page but forgot to rename the theme function. it's fixed in CVS a new package will be built in the next 8 hours.
