Co-maintainer Request

Hey Folks;

I've ported over the dokeos drupal module to chamilo. Mainly I've renamed all instances of dokeos to chamilo (except for the web services method names which are still Dokeos). I've also made a little bit of headway in getting account synchronization working. The function used to try to use a web service named 'user_manager' which isn't there (anymore?) and so I modified it to simply check and see if the user has a course list to see if they exist... probably would be better to try to edit their account and add if edit doesn't work...

I'd be perfectly OK with being responsible for the D6 version as you'd mentioned in the email. My main goal is to get account synchronization working 100% and to have everything (SSO, the 3 blocks, etc...) working correctly with Chamilo 1.8.6.x and 2.x.
