Links of the section header in the default display are useless

In the default display the header of a section like "Relationships" or "Fields" links are useless, because there is nothing to do. When you add a display and when click on the header, you can override the default settings.

The Links could be removed and only display in the other displays or you get the list of entries in the section like the "Rearrange" Button, when you click on the section header.
