This functionality is not in Drupal yet - http://drupal.org/node/773050
I'm going to collaborate with user Peritus, who is requesting CVS account now too at the same time.

avpadernoHello, and thanks for applying for a CVS account.
Who will be the maintainer of the module? The maintainer of the module should apply first for the CVS account, and when he gets his account approved, the other user can apply for a CVS account (after the maintainer approves him as co-maintainer).
Anyway, the module code must be uploaded on a comment here.

OnkelTem commentedThank you for quick reply.
Main developer of the module is user Peritus http://drupal.org/user/702414 who is also requesting account.
I'm a problem originator, customer, and co-maintainer of the module.
I can upload module but I think this should be done by Peritus. If its possible, after and if his module is approved and account is created, we would proceed with my request to make me co-maintainer?

avpadernoAs Peritus is reporting that you will be the co-maintainer, there is no need of any further confirmations from him. Yet, the approval of your CVS account is done when his account approval will be done.
If you can contact him, please remind him that he needs to upload an archive containing the module code in a comment in his CVS application report; differently, the application will be closed in a week. If he cannot upload the archive in a week, it's enough he reports when he can possibly do it.

OnkelTem commentedThanks, Alberto.
We've just cleaned up the module's source, added some comments to the code, supplied Readme, and uploaded to that request:
