It will be good to have plus icon before actions links like add user, add block, add content, etc as in seven theme. I hope this will provide better user experience. We could use icon from shortcut module or seven theme. This can be addressed later. For now we need to identify (visual and code) bugs and fix it to make it ready for d7.

Fixed, but I might revert this change if it will look really bad with other color schemes.

Reopening this issue - I think these action links are still hard to see and need to be highlighted better.

Even I have to scan around for them - a new user (new to Drupal) might not even see these and be totally stumped as to how to do something.

Maybe we should put Icons on them. Putting to minor, since this can be fixed after the hopeful commit to core.
