I installed uc_fee to my Ubercart store. Activated the module and created a shipping & handling fee.

When I go to check out I get a Javascript error where the payment total is shown: "serializeOrder is not defined"

Any way to get around that? Any help would be appriciated. Thank you.

That function should be provided by the uc_payment module - do you have that installed?
