I need a little help troubleshooting this.

I have hosting thru Hostmonster (same cpanel as bluehost) and set up the email and watches as recommended in the read me file.

I set my cron to run every 5 min. then posted some ads on craigslist that match my criteria and waited over an hour.
Nothing... What am I forgetting?
Are there any known module/theme conflicts?
