I need to add a token or php to the end of a link that will add the user's profile ID. This is not the logged in user, but the id of the profile the user is viewing.

For example, here is a link: http://clickserve.cc-dt.com/link/click?lid=41000000029568270&mid=

I need to have the id of the user's profile appear after the =

This id needs to change depending on the user profile viewing.
