Question one:
when i install slideshowpro and put the all file in the right postion.
my thumbnail can't work. it show white.
but when i click on it, it link to the right picture.

Question Two:
when i put this block in the homepage, it doesn't load, but if i put in other page, it works.

can someone help me.....

that link is the same issue. essentially, just throw the standalone .swf file in the root directory, open up admin > configuration > slidewhow and set to "/slideshowpro.swf" and the thumbnails should work.

Haven't attempted to put it on the homepage, but it's possible the above might solve that issue as well.
