I'm looking for help with integration Glossary and Views module. How should I do it? Is this possible?

Actually (and a bit off-topic), after trying this module (and running into some limitations), we preferred to create our own Glossary based on the 'glossary mode' functionality in Views and a custom content-type. All glossary items are nodes.

You can check it out by enabling attached feature (requires features module).
