After installing and enabling this module, the FCKeditor became unavailable in node edit forms. Using WYSIWYG 6.x-2.x-dev and FCKeditor 2.6.3. Uninstalling Headup restored the editor.

Once enabling this module there was a conflict with javascript on the admin menu and the page in general.
