Make it obvious in backend UI when field output is rewritten

Similar to http://drupal.org/node/743390 ("Make it obvious in backend UI when fields are excluded from display"), it would also be helpful to be able to see at a glance which fields have their output set as 'rewritten'. Particularly because a rewritten field can pretty much be spitting out *anything*, this would help reduce potential confusion and streamline the process of editing or maintaining complex Views.

I think the first issue (fields excluded from display) should be hammered out first, but once an approach is settled on for that issue, it would be nice to tackle this one with the same approach. As far as the visual indicator goes, I'd be happy with an asterisk (*) or even the full text 'Re-written' after the label.
