ThemeKey requires a blacklist to avoid ThemeKey to start working on some ajax callbacks or if drupal delivers files.

The reason for the black list does not exist anymore (or at the moment).

The solution for issue #684868: Imagecache breaks, avoid node_load() in hook_init() comment #8 has been provided at issue #707208: Out of Memory
