Block to show voting on regular taxonomy pages

I like this module, but not its configuration options to override default taxonomy pages.

The attached sub-module creates a block that shows Love/Hate controls on standard taxonomy views.

Then users can view taxonomies as normal and have access to love/hate voting.

THis could be rerolled as a patch that added a second block to the default module.
