Hi there,

it seems to me that positive values for the robots meta tags are missing from the user interface.
I'm unable to set something like index, follow but only noindex, nofollow, etc..

Also I would expect that the description would read like

The meta tag ROBOTS offers a simple mechanism to indicate to web robots and crawlers whether the page should be indexed (INDEX) and whether links on the page should be followed (FOLLOW).

(Replacede NOINDEX with INDEX and NOFOLLOW with FOLLOW)

Attached a screenshot of the confusing user interface.

Thanks for your valuable time,

Fabio Varesano

When noindex attribute is not used, the search engines assume index; the same is true for nofollow.

I, anyway, changed the user interface. I am changing the status of this report to remind me that the code still needs to be committed in Drupal.org repository.

Oh, I didn't know about that. Documentation is here: http://www.robotstxt.org/meta.html

The User Interface should say that "Without specifying a meta robots value, search engines will assume INDEX, FOLLOW"

As usual, read what reported in the project page, before to update the installed modules.
